We are proud to announce the successful completion of the New Main Brine Intake Pumping Station Construction Project (Dead Sea), a USD 80 million project, owned by the Arab Potash Company and delivered by Ilk Construction Co. – Foreign Company (Operating Branch).

Arabiat & Partners had the honor of serving as legal advisors on this major infrastructure project, providing comprehensive legal support and ensuring full regulatory and contractual compliance throughout all stages. We were also pleased to welcome Mr. Selami Erdoğan, CEO, and Mr. Tanveer Ul Hasan, Regional Manager, to our offices following the project’s successful completion, and we value the trust and professionalism demonstrated throughout this collaboration.
